Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth cycles and care. Regular waxing can lengthen intervals and soften regrowth. We’ll recommend timing based on your hair and skin.

You may feel brief stinging or tugging, but skilled technicians minimize discomfort with fast, precise technique and soothing post-care. Avoid caffeine and arrive with clean, dry skin to reduce sensitivity. Numbing creams are available on request.

Hair should be about a quarter-inch (roughly two weeks’ growth) for the wax to grip effectively. If hair is too short or too long, results can suffer — we can advise trimming or scheduling adjustments during your appointment.

If you’re experiencing sunburn, active rashes, open sores, or certain skin treatments, we may postpone service. Pregnancy and some medications can increase sensitivity — disclose topical retinoids or blood thinners so we can perform a patch test or adjust timing.

Exfoliate gently 48 hours before and avoid heavy moisturizers on the day. Skip self-tanning, avoid retinoids or strong acids for a week, and arrive with clean, dry skin for the best waxing results and minimal irritation.

Avoid direct sun, hot baths, saunas, and vigorous exercise for 24–48 hours. Keep the area clean, moisturize with a gentle lotion, and exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Expect mild redness that usually fades within a day or two.
